Unfortunately, a retroactive switch to the current promotional rate is not possible. 
Promotional rates apply exclusively to new contracts concluded within the respective promotional period.

A contract change in the form of a downgrade is generally only possible after the current contract term has expired.

Until then, you can of course continue to use all the services of your existing contract without restriction. If you have any further questions, the staff on site will be happy to assist you at any time.
