It's a shame that you have to leave us because of your move. 

With studios all over Germany, we are always close to you. With an Ultra or Flex membership, you can train at all locations. Surely we can also be found in your new home: Ai Fitness Studios. 

According to a ruling by the BGH (AZ XII ZR 62/159), there is no legal right of termination in the event of a move.  
A move falls within the personal risk area of the customer and is not a reason for early termination of the membership. 

The membership can be terminated in due time due to a move. 

The exception is a permanent move abroad. In this case, we will terminate the contract early as a gesture of goodwill with a notice period of three months to the end of the month.

However, this is only possible upon presentation of a current official deregistration certificate from Germany. Documents such as a rental agreement, landlord confirmation, plane ticket, etc. cannot be considered. The notice period begins upon submission of the deregistration certificate.
