Unfortunately, the contract start date cannot be changed or postponed after the membership has been concluded. The contract start date is fixed with the conclusion of the membership and marks the beginning of your contract term.

Why is a change not possible?

The contract start date is the basis for:

• the calculation of the contract duration
• the billing period
• possible contribution-free months or promotions

For these reasons, the start date cannot be adjusted afterwards.
