For data protection reasons, contract-relevant changes (e.g., cancellations, suspension periods, changes to bank details, contract information, etc.) can only be carried out and requested by the respective member themselves.
Requests from third parties cannot be processed or answered in content. Exceptions naturally include memberships of minors, where the legal guardian is authorized to make inquiries.
Members can securely submit their concerns:
- in the self-service area (login required)
- via the member contact form on our homepage
Processing by other persons is only possible with a completed and signed power of attorney. Otherwise, we ask the member to contact us directly themselves.
