For data protection reasons, contract-related changes such as cancellations can only be made and requested by the respective member themselves.
Requests made by third parties cannot be processed or answered in terms of content. Exceptions are, of course, memberships of minors, where the legal guardian is authorized to make inquiries.
Members can securely submit their requests:
- in the Self-Service area (login required)
- via the contact form on our homepage
Processing by other persons is only possible with a completed and signed power of attorney. Otherwise, we ask the member to contact us directly themselves.
