Your membership renews monthly. For it to end, your cancellation must be received by us at least one month before the current contract end date. A cancellation therefore always takes effect at the next possible month-end, not immediately.

Example:

• Your current contract month runs from May 1 to May 31
• The contract end date is therefore May 31
• The cancellation must be received by April 30 at the latest
• If you cancel only on May 5, the one-month notice period can no longer be met
• The contract is extended by one month and ends on June 30

That is why it is important to always submit the cancellation one month before the respective contract end date.
