If you want to train with us through one of the following aggregators: EGYM Wellpass*, Wellhub*, Urban Sports Club*, Sportnavi* or Hansefit*, we can terminate your membership with us at the end of the current month (from receipt of proof).
Please submit proof with your name and the visible contract start date of your membership via our contact form. A retroactive cancellation is not possible.
Please note that an indefinite pause is not possible for technical reasons. If you wish to continue your membership with us afterwards, the membership will be continued under the agreed conditions.
