• In the self-service: You can access our self-service via the following link, where you can log in after registering once. Important: please use the email address registered in your customer profile for registration --> Self-Service. 
   
• Via our contact form: Submit a request – Ai Fitness. Select the request reason "Membership", then the topic "Change personal data"
