In the Flex tariff (monthly cancellable)
- Up to 3 months/year without proof
- Additional 3 months/year with proof (e.g., medical certificate, flight ticket)
During a fixed-term membership
- Up to 6 months/year without proof
- Additional 3 months/year with proof
Please note the following points:
- A hold is possible for full calendar months (e.g., 05/01–05/31).
- Retroactively only for the last month
- No pause for an indefinite period
- The minimum contract period remains unchanged
